James Beard Award-winning Chef Julian Serrano has re-conceptualized his celebrated recipes for a light and delicious approach to daytime dining.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">\u201cIt\u2019s exciting for me to be able to explore my passion for food in new ways and to translate the Italian small plates concept into exceptional lunch and brunch dishes,\u201d said Serrano. \u201cThe bold flavors, customized menu options and unprecedented view of the Bellagio Fountains will create\u00a0 an exquisite mid-day dining experience for guests.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>Lunch<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Guests will have the choice of enjoying a three-course prix-fixe menu for $28 or selecting dishes \u00e0 la carte, making Lago the ideal place for a quick power lunch or leisurely experience. Chef Serrano\u2019s creative specialties will include lighter portions of Lago\u2019s popular small plates in addition to paninis, salads and entrees.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><b>Brunch<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Lago brunch will invite guests to revel in an unforgettable three-course feast for $38 per person beginning Sunday, Aug. 30. The prix-fixe meal begins with a basket of freshly baked pastries for the table full of <b>Zeppoles<\/b>, <b>Bombolones<\/b>, <b>Cinnamon Rolls<\/b> and more. Visitors can then choose a dish from inventive antipasti including <b>Raviolone<\/b>, a pasta pocket filled with truffle ricotta and topped with an egg yolk and summer truffle butter sauce; <b>Shredded Salmon Salad <\/b>with apples, candied walnuts and pesto; and <b>Duck and Polenta<\/b>, braised pulled duck meat served with cheesy, soft polenta. The next course is filled with Italian twists on brunch staples such as <b>Eggplant Parmesan Benedict, <\/b>eggplant parmesan topped with a poached egg; <b>Nonna\u2019s Frittata<\/b> made with baked eggs, fresh vegetables and mozzarella; and <b>Pizzetta <\/b>with Italian cured granciale, ricotta and egg yolk. Brunch-goers complete their meal with decadent dessert choices ranging from a classic <b>Tiramisu<\/b> to <b>Panettone Pudding <\/b>and <b>Nutella Crespelle<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Lago brunch
