\nFour Seasons has partnered with Arizona Cowboy College, as part of the Four Seasons Extraordinary Experiences collection this fall. Since Scottsdale is the West\u2019s Most Western Town, why not learn horse-handling, roping, round-up, doctoring and more? After playing cowboy or cowgirl for the day, enjoy a cowboy campfire dinner, catered by Four Seasons, accompanied by a cowboy crooner to spin tales of the Old West. And be sure to squeeze in a treatment at the Four Seasons spa to soothe those hard-working muscles (perhaps the Four Seasons in One, a journey through all four seasons via a variety of scents and massage techniques, in addition to a light exfoliation and wrap).

\nLooking to take the skies instead of horsing around? The new \u201cChute for the Stars\u201d experience gives guests the chance to powerchuting, courtesy of Arizona Powerchutes. Starting in the morning, take flight in a two-passenger cart with a motor, prop and wheels suspended about 20 feet below a nearly 40-foot parachute. (The flight departs from Pleasant Valley Airport, and lasts approximately 30 minutes.) After returning to the resort, enjoy an evening Celestial Picnic under the stars. The Celestial Picnic is presented in a deluxe basket with all the traditional accoutrements (and customized with eats from Executive Chef Mel Mecinas), including a blanket and constellation chart to view the stars. Guests can event enhance the experience with a private stargazing session by Richard Allen.

\nThough a day ropin\u2019 and ridin\u2019 or taking to the blue skies is a thrill, be sure to save some time to chill. Cuddle up poolside while sipping a grapefruit margarita or stop by Proof for a cold brew (or a milkshake). As the sun goes down, nab a spot at Talavera and enjoy some of the Valley\u2019s most delicious and inventive eats (the white asparagus and melon salad is a summertime favorite).<\/p>\n
