On Saturdays and Sundays, starting at 7:30 p.m., Puerta Privada guests are invited into the resort\u2019s Joya Spa after they knock on the door\u2014because the spa is closed to other guests at that time\u2014and provide a password. The custom dinner created by Montelucia\u2019s Executive Chef Michael Cairns is made with the diners in mind. As with the spa treatment, a rep from the kitchen calls the guests beforehand to go over dietary restrictions, preferences and more.
