Developed by Hospitality Capital Partners, The 233 Suites is part of a new six-story mixed-use development designed to serve business and leisure travelers seeking a more residential-style stay. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The boutique hotel features 76 spacious suite-style accommodations, each equipped with a full kitchen, making it an ideal option for extended visits, work travel or guests looking for the comforts of home while exploring the East Valley.
