This fall, Castle Hot Springs<\/a><\/strong> will raise a glass to the debut of Desert Vines<\/strong>, a new multi-day wine and culinary series. Recently named the No. 1 Resort in Arizona by Travel + Leisure<\/a><\/strong> and ranked among the Top 15 Resorts in the U.S., the resort is launching this new series on October 21, 2025. The inaugural weekend will be hosted by Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey, founder of the Michelin-starred Frasca Hospitality Group<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Set within the resort\u2019s secluded Sonoran Desert canyon, Desert Vines will celebrate hand-selected varietals \u2014 from rare finds to classics \u2014 through immersive masterclasses, wine-paired dinners, and intimate tastings with some of the most dynamic voices in the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Debut Weekend with Bobby Stuckey<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests can choose from two signature experiences or enjoy both as part of an extended stay. On October 21, Stuckey will lead a masterclass exploring the celebrated wines of Friuli Venezia Giulia, featuring iconic regional styles alongside innovative next-generation producers ($150 per person). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 22, the spotlight turns to an elegant five-course wine dinner prepared in collaboration with Castle Hot Springs\u2019 Executive Chef Chris Knouse and Level 2 Sommelier Sarah Foote ($500 per person). Each course will highlight the dynamics between terroir-driven wines and seasonal, farm-grown ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Castle Hot Springs\u2019 dining program is anchored in its on-site farm, which produces more than 200 varieties of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and florals each year. Menus at the resort\u2019s award-winning restaurant, Harvest<\/a><\/strong>, evolve daily to reflect what\u2019s fresh from the fields. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The beverage program mirrors this approach, with wine and non-alcoholic pairings crafted to complement each dish. Desert Vines builds on this philosophy, offering guests the chance to learn, taste, and connect with the food and wine culture that defines the resort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
