One dish, the smoked wagyu brisket, is a fusion of Mexican flavors, Spanish techniques, and influences from Central and South America. The brisket is slow-cooked in Renata\u2019s outdoor smoke pit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another highlight is Weber\u2019s take on <em>moqueca<\/em>, a traditional Brazilian seafood stew.
