\u2022 For spontaneous travel, deals resurface about 45 days before departure, though this comes with the risk of sold-out flights, particularly for direct routes and premium cabins, which tend to be the first to fill up. Thanksgiving airfare is best to secure by early October. For Christmas and New Year\u2019s, the end of October. After that, flights tend to go up in price again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
