Hard Rock<\/a> International is bringing its $60 million Reverb brand to Scottsdale, set to open in late spring or early summer 2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With only one Reverb hotel currently operating in the U.S. in downtown Atlanta, Reverb by Hard Rock Scottsdale<\/a> will be one of several cities set to open Reverb hotels, including Tampa, Fla., and Kalamazoo, Mich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 195-room music-focused property will be designed to cater to music fans featuring several spaces to encourage creatives and grow social connections. Developed in partnership with Denver-based ERES Capital, the Scottsdale location will anchor The Sydney<\/a>, a mixed-use, entertainment-focused development featuring co-working spaces, an outdoor pool and a rooftop bar.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur objective is to create inviting spaces for every traveler while honoring the rich cultural legacy of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community,\u201d says Mike Elliott, CEO of ERES Companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gensler Architects led the design of the hotel\u2019s five-story building on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community tribal land. The hotel will be central to Scottsdale\u2019s Old Town, baseball stadium, aquarium and Arizona State University. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Constant Grind <\/strong>\u2013 Located in the center of the lobby, Constant Grind transforms from a caf\u00e9 by day to a bar by night. It is a meeting ground for locals and hotel guests alike to join friends, catch a moment to relax, sip on a cocktail or watch an acoustic performance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reverb Radio <\/strong>\u2013 A take on the classic boardroom, the space is designed to resemble a radio station, comfortably seating up to ten people. Reverb Radio room features a soundproof interior, a large round conference table and chairs, a 5\u2019\u2019 smart monitor, and whiteboards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Body Rock Gym <\/strong>\u2013 Challenge yourself with an exclusive cutting-edge workout from Hard Rock Hotels in partnership with Technogym, which offers sleek, innovative training systems just steps from your room. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Co-Working Space <\/strong>\u2013 A multi-purpose meeting space featuring comfortable chairs, several work zones, a small boardroom table with seating, an oversized smart TV monitor, and a printer and scanner for those using the boardroom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sound Booth<\/strong> \u2013 The smallest boardroom, meant for one person to three people, provides intimate soundproof spaces conveniently located just off the lobby for quick access. Take a phone call, tackle work, have a private conversation or hold a small meeting in any of these rooms, and catch a break with the free-to-use amp and guitar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reverb Hotels invites guests to an elevated stay experience with \u201csmart\u201d rooms utilizing Amazon\u2019s Alexa devices programmed to offer customized mood lighting, playlists, city guides and entertainment options. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
