This February, the renowned Arizona resort celebrated its 95th anniversary<\/a>, marking an exciting milestone for the property that continues to maintain its rich history and reputation as a beloved destination for cherished guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arizona Biltmore opened in grand fashion on February 23, 1929, boasting Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired architecture and incredible opulence. In celebration of its opening, 600 invitations were sent out with the thought of only a few hundred attending. Yet, the response from guests was overwhelmingly positive and the resort had to re-create the opening gala three days in a row to accommodate all 600 people. From that day forward, Arizona Biltmore became known as the Jewel of the Desert and has been a private retreat for some of the most influential powerhouses of the time, from U.S. presidents to Hollywood stars.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
