Award-winning mixologist Jordan Chandler will also create intricate cocktails for the Saturday night experiences.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first weekend will kick off on November 11 with East Coast chef Beau MacMillan. MacMillan won the \u201cBattle American Kobe Beef\u201d competition against Iron Chef Bobby Flay. He makes regular appearances on \u201cBest Thing I Ever Ate\u201d, \u201cGrocery Games\u201d and \u201cCooks vs. Cons\u201d on Food Network. MacMillan is the director of culinary operations for Clive Collective and oversees Cala, a Scottsdale Mediterranean restaurant.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, local Chef James Porter will visit the ranch on January 27. Porter owns TERRA farm and manor, The TERRA Market and Breadworks Artisan Bread. Having experience in the Sedona culinary scene for over 27 years, Dahl is the executive chef and owner of six restaurants in Northern Arizona. She has appeared on Travel Channel\u2019s \u201cFood Paradise&#8221; and Food Network&#8217;s \u201cBeat Bobby Flay\u201d and recently released a cookbook.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>March\u2019s menu will feature Chef Christopher Gross of Christopher\u2019s at Wrigley Mansion on March 16. Gross was granted the Scottsdale Culinary Hall of Fame Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016 and was also named one of <em>Food &amp; Wine<\/em>\u2019s America\u2019s 10 Best New Chefs. Guests can expect a modern twist on classic French cuisine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, the Celebrity Chef Ranch Weekends will conclude on April 20 with Chef Jason Dady. Dady is the owner of five Texas restaurants and a catering company. For two decades, Dady has sought out new and exciting flavors.
