TB12<\/a>, the revolutionary performance and recovery method pioneered by Brady and his Body Coach Alex Guerrero, has partnered with Wynn Las Vegas to offer sessions with TB12 Body Coaches exclusively<\/a> at the Fitness Center at Encore that will make every guest feel like a winner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perfect for anyone looking to kick their fitness routine to another level, the exclusive program is built on Brady and Guerrero\u2019s holistic approach to wellness and belief in muscle pliability. Each session will share the duo\u2019s knowledge and experience of daily healthy habits and encompass the five pillars of the TB12 method, which facilitate muscle recovery, prevent injury and improve performance for anyone with an active lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests can book one-on-one appointments with a TB12 Body Coach who will assess their goals and customize a comprehensive performance and recovery plan to elevate their fitness regimen. Elements of the TB12 experience include a personalized treatment Plan; Deep Tissue Work; Pliability, Movement and Education; and Functional Strength and Conditioning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appointments with a TB12 Body Coach at Wynn Las Vegas are available as a 60-minute introductory session or a 90-minute initial consultation. Following completion of this initial appointment, clients then can book 60-minute follow-up sessions, which can be booked as single sessions or can be purchased in packages of two or six sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
