The new concept is an ode to Arizona Biltmore\u2019s leading architect, Albert Chase McArthur\u2019s legacy. McArthur was employed by the famed Frank Lloyd Wright, who served as Arizona Biltmore\u2019s consulting architect. Favorites such as\u00a0<strong>Lobster Mac & Cheese<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Ensenada Fish Tacos<\/strong>\u00a0remain on the menu, as well. A robust beverage menu complements the creative dishes, including an extensive selection of wines, beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks. Standout libations include the\u00a0<strong>McArthur\u2019s Spritz\u00a0<\/strong>with Tempus Fugit Italian aperitif, Vedrenne elderflower, prosecco, tonic and sliced blood orange as well as the legendary\u00a0<strong>Tequila Sunrise<\/strong>, which was famously invented at the resort many years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">McArthur\u2019s open-concept space offers guests a vibrant atmosphere, with cozy booths along with larger tables for socializing. The restaurant\u2019s signature style has been preserved, with layered textiles pulling through a familiar sense of place felt around the resort. Shuffleboard, foosball, and other whimsical surprises can also be found throughout the restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img  loading=\"lazy\"  decoding=\"async\"
