A five-star hotel experience is both elevated and luxurious, but doesn’t have to be necessarily expensive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Financial insights blog Top Dollar<\/a> identified the cheapest five-star hotels in every country based on the price of a one-night stay for two people in July 2021at the poshest hotels listed on Hotels.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ADERO Scottsdale<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

North America\u2019s cheapest five-star hotel is the Hotel 1970 Posada Guadalajara<\/a> in Mexico, which starts at $79\/night and offers a mix of Mexican and contemporary styles at an epic scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cheapest in the States is Phoenix’s very own ADERO Scottsdale<\/a>, Autograph Collection. In addition to the usual five-star amenities, the hotel offers some of the darkest night skies in America as well as on-site star-gazing facilities due to its location in a protected Dark Sky Community<\/a> in the Sonoran Desert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

South America<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bogot\u00e1, Colombia<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

A night for two in the NH Collection Bogot\u00e1 WTC Royal<\/a>, Colombia, costs just $42 \u2013 the cheapest on the continent. The hotel is right next to the Bogot\u00e1 World Trade Center but offers calming, sound-proofed rooms and proximity to the gardens, caf\u00e9s, and galleries of the Parque 93 area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Europe<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Oddfellows on the Park <\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

In Europe, there were16 five-star hotels for under $100 found, where most of them are in the center or east of the continent. Ukraine\u2019s Kupava Deluxe Hotel in Lviv is the cheapest, at $43\/night, while Oddfellows on the Park<\/a> in Cheadle, Manchester, is the UK\u2019s cheapest five-star hotel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Middle East & Central Asia<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hotel Ickale, Turkey<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Turkey\u2019s cheapest is the Hotel Ickale in Ankara, while The Golden Tulip in Manama, Bahrain, features the Al Wasmeyyah Restaurant, Kei Japanese Restaurant, and Cavalry Club Bar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rest of Asia & Oceania<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Novotel Ahmedabad Hotel, India<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

At a $28 per night, the Novotel Ahmedabad Hotel<\/a> in Ahmedabad, India is the world’s cheapest hotel. The Royal Surakarta Heritage Solo MGallery Collection<\/a> in Surakarta, Indonesia, isn\u2019t far behind at $30\/night. Meanwhile, the resort town of Siem Reap in Cambodia has three of the cheapest hotels in the top ten globally, including The Grand Venus La Residence that costs only $39\/night for a 592-square-foot room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Zealand also offers a five-star accommodation on the inviting side of $100. DeLorenzo\u2019s Studio Apartments\u2014named as New Zealand\u2019s second-best hotel<\/a> in Tripadvisor Travellers\u2019 Choice Awards Hotel of The Year contest\u2014offers rooms for $85 and prides itself on remaining small with a home-from-home feel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nine African countries offer five-star hotel accommodation for under $100. The cheapest is Egypt\u2019s Steigenberger Resort Achti<\/a> in Luxor.
