Here are a few nourishing options that are great for brain health and mental clarity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Brazil\nnuts<\/strong> are high in antioxidants, selenium and Vitamin E,\nwhich improve mood by reducing inflammation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fatty Fish<\/strong> such as salmon, trout and sardines are high in Omega-3, a fatty acid that has a strong cognitive function for mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dark\nChocolate<\/strong> is high in tryptophan, which the body uses to turn\ninto mood-enhancing neurotransmitters, such as serotonin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eggs<\/strong> are an excellent source of protein and the yolks are\nhigh in vitamin D. Additionally eggs contain tryptophan, an amino acid that\nhelps create serotonin, which improves brain function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pumpkin\nSeeds <\/strong>are an excellent source of potassium which regulates\nelectrolyte balance and manages blood pressure. Seeds are also high in zinc,\nwhich is essential for brain, nerve development and helps to regulate emotions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Green Tea<\/strong> contains an amino acid called theanine, which has\ncalming effects and may increase the production of serotonin and dopamine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Turmeric<\/strong>, also known as curcumin, is a spice that can easily\nbe added to dishes and smoothies that helps to reduce inflammation and\noxidative stress.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chamomile Tea<\/strong> has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial qualities and is often used for its
