The SLS Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills<\/a> is treating all foodies to the tastiest package in town. In celebration of its 10-year anniversary, the hotel has announced a three-day interactive Be Epicurean experience focused on the flavors of Los Angeles and the property, and complemented by luxe accommodations in the newly redesigned guest rooms. The foodie adventure includes dining at the hotel\u2019s own The Bazaar by Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s<\/a> and newly added\u00a0Somni<\/a>, plus a day with Pascaul Baudar<\/a> and more.<\/p>\n

\u201cFrom the opening of The Bazaar by Jose Andres 10 years ago to this year\u2019s addition of Somni, The SLS Beverly Hills has become an iconic culinary destination,\u201d says\u00a0General Manager Christophe Thomas. \u201cBe Epicurean pays tribute to the hotel\u2019s footprint in Los Angeles\u2019 exceptional culinary landscape over the past decade.\u201d<\/p>\n

Be Epicurean Package<\/h2>\n

The package begins with a hands-on Very Bazaar mixology tutorial, a gastronomy demonstration or a bon bon making class. The first day is topped off with Jos\u00e9\u2019s Tasting Menu at The Bazaar which features a 14-course tasting menu of signature dishes from the past decade.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The following day kicks off with an SLS signature breakfast at Tres by Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s before heading to Angeles National Park for a foraging excursion led by LA\u2019s most revered forager and naturalist Pascal Baudar. Source native flora and fauna and ready-to-eat ingredients before stopping for an al fresco picnic lunch made with fresh, fermented and pickled wildcrafted foods made by Pascal. The day concludes with a private meet-and-greet with Somni\u2019s Chef Aitor Zabala and a tour of the exhibition kitchen and restaurant. Then, enjoy a 20-plus course tasting menu experience before\u00a0departing the following day with a culinary farewell treat in hand.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
