Sep. 13, 2014 at Heard Museum. Italia Rock Fashion Show had a very simple mission, to keep the fashion industry in Phoenix empowered by the designers. Italia Rock Couture was founded by two Latin designers, Natalia Acosta and Alexa Zavala "We are excited to join the Latin Fashion community of Phoenix with the year's first annual Latin Fashion Week in Phoenix."
