Kody is a three-year-old purebred Chocolate Labrador Mika two-year-old Poodle mix.

Kody came to us all the way from Nogales Mexico. We often work with a group of volunteers that helps with dogs at risk in  the very poor town. It takes a lot of coordination and volunteer drivers to bring dogs to us.

Kody is a beautiful chocolate Labrador. He is about 3.5 years old and weighs around 60 pounds. He is a big boy and will need some training. Due to his size we will not adopt him into a family with small children  under the age of 10. A house/yard is also a requirement to adopt this boy. We are looking  for someone active who  understands this breed.

Kody is neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped.

His adoption fee is $400. If you are interested in meeting him, please fill out an application on our homepage www.luckydogrescue.org

Kody's beautiful photo was taken by Nicole Bowman Photography. Nicole donates her time and talents to Lucky Dog Rescue

Little Mika came to us all the way from Deming, NM were he had been given up by owner who frequently let her and her doggy brother run out in the street. A rescue in NM contacted us and we agreed to take her in.

Mika is a very sweet little dog. She loves everyone. She is great with other dogs and doesn't even mind cats. She is housetrained with a doggy door, she is crate trained and rides well in the car.

Like all our dogs Mika is spayed, up to date on all her vaccines and microchipped. She has been checked out by our vet ( we do run bloodwork) and she is cleared for adoption. Mika is a poodle mix and will  need regular grooming. Mika is about 2.5 years old and weighs 12.5 pounds.  She is a cute little thing.  Her adoption fee is $300. If you are interested, please fill out an application on our homepage. www.luckydogrescue.org
