At 6 a.m., I start my morning routine and decide my objectives and priorities for the day. From 7-11 a.m., I work diligently with THP clients and THP athletes. Around noon, I train personally, and start my meetings and projects! Again, from 3-5 p.m., I work with THP clients and THP athletes. At 6 p.m., I head home to enjoy dinner and time with my wife and daughter. At 8 p.m., I wind down and start my sleep routine that will ensure a great night of rest so I can wake ready to start my day.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>I was born\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>in Lafayette, LA.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>the opportunity to be outside year-round.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m listening to\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;Change Maker&#8221; by Dr. John Berardi on Audible.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>My family\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>includes my wife Carly, daughter Savanna, and our dog Hendrix.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>this is a tough one! I\u2019d say, Bruce Lee. He said, \u201cone should be a practical dreamer backed by action\u201d and I would love to learn from him about his philosophies.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>One thing I cannot live without\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>my family and friends.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>an NFL player.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m inspired by\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>every experience, injury, and opportunity that drove me to build the THP Training system.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>The one person who motivates me is\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>my wife.
