A typical day in my life includes\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nwaking up at 5:15 and meditating for 15 minutes, followed by a 20 to 30 minute walk, yoga session or workout on my power plate. Making breakfast for my family and prepping my boys for school. Out the door at 7:45 to get my boys to school and head to work to treat my patients. Home to have dinner and some downtime with my family. That time could include a variety of activities, such as practicing jui jitsu moves with my boys or watching an episode of The Office!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
I was born\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nin a gorgeous small town in upstate New York! I loved the green rolling hills and woods of New York. It\u2019s so peaceful, but it can be very grey and cold! I knew I wanted to go to medical school in a warm and sunny location \u2013 Hello Arizona!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nthe lakes and high desert. I\u2019m an outdoor girl at heart. I love being out on the water boating with friends and family, and camping.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nmy paternal grandmother, who I only met once before she passed on. I would love to know more about her and her life.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The one person who motivates me is\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nthere are many people who motivate me. My children motivate me every day to be a more evolved version of myself. More patient, compassionate, open-minded and authentic.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nhunger. I want everyone to have enough food to fill their bellies.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
The perfect day would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nto wake up full of energy! Meditate and do some yoga, have a breakfast including vegetable juice and eggs, then go for a walk. I would go to the beach with my family and play in the waves and sand. Go to a great dinner, then watch the sunset on the beach with a bonfire.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
My first job was\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nas an aerobics instructor at a local gym when I was in high school. I have a passion for movement and teaching others how to take good care of themselves.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
