Being an Austinite, I have become a bit of a music maven, so my playlists are always a mix of different genres.\u00a0 From classic country like Willie Nelson, top 40\u2019s artists like Adele and rock bands like Arcade Fire, I love so many types of music and almost always have it playing.<\/p>\n

My family\u2026<\/h3>\n

is my world.\u00a0 They are my rock, my inspiration and my motivation each and every day.<\/p>\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026<\/h3>\n

Audrey Hepburn \u2013 Audrey epitomizes class and elegance.\u00a0 Not only was she an iconic beauty and actress during her time but she was also a great humanitarian as the Goodwill Ambassador of UNICEF.\u00a0 In my life and business, I have always strived to be both a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist, and she balanced these both beautifully.<\/p>\n

One thing I cannot live without\u2026<\/h3>\n

my two precious sons\u2026they are my world!<\/p>\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026<\/h3>\n

Anyone involved in the fashion scene.\u00a0 My Aunt Jo was a fabulous woman who worked as a buyer for a major department store and she was always such a huge inspiration to me!<\/p>\n

I’m inspired by\u2026<\/h3>\n

my travels.\u00a0 Last summer, I spent a lot of time in Bali, and I was inspired by everything, from the incredible people to the beautiful landscape and architecture.\u00a0 So inspired, in fact, that I created an entire line, my Summer 2013 Collection, based on my travel experience there and it is absolutely gorgeous!<\/p>\n

The one person who motivates me is\u2026<\/h3>\n

My mother.\u00a0 She is such a strong, incredible person and is my number one cheerleader.\u00a0 She has helped make me the woman I am today.<\/p>\n

If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026<\/h3>\n

That every child could have a family.\u00a0 As I said, my boys are the center of my world and motherhood has changed and shaped my life more than anything.\u00a0 It truly breaks my heart that there are so many children in the world who don\u2019t have that.<\/p>\n

The perfect day would be\u2026<\/h3>\n

Well Italy is my absolute favorite place on earth and my sons are my favorite people to be with.\u00a0 So a day in Italy with them would be perfect.\u00a0 <\/b><\/p>\n

I opened a hat boutique called The Hat Box whose proceeds went to cancer research when I was 19-years-old and ran that for a while.<\/p>\n

is beyond my wildest dreams!\u00a0 I consider it such a blessing to get to do what I love everyday!<\/p>\n

In business \u2013 continuing to open Kendra Scott boutiques in amazing cities across the nation such as Scottsdale.\u00a0 In my personal life \u2013 my number one resolution this year is to embrace the wonderful, positive and loving people in my life.<\/p>\n

I dreamt of becoming a jewelry designer, then decided to live out my dream and now I absolutely love it! It is so important to focus on something you are passionate about. It is the only key to happiness and success.<\/p>\n

Becoming a good mother, and as I watch my boys grow everyday, I see that my dream have come true and continue to each day.<\/p>\n
