the never-ending practice of being present. Almost every day I toggle from mama to creative agency owner to start-up founder and then to wife, friend, daughter, board member, and splat-point earner.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

the growing sense of community and the accessibility to all the good stuff. The best restaurants, music venues, festivals, make-yourself-better organizations \u2013 there\u2019s so much of it and it\u2019s all right at our fingertips, with easy parking.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I’m listening to\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

#allthepodcasts. I\u2019m a huge podcast nerd and try to convince everyone I know to get on the pod train! Favorites are NPR\u2019s How I Built This, Gimlet\u2019s Start Up and loved the NPR mini-series Making of Oprah.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I\u2019m a Central Phoenix mama, music festival lover and good vibes seeker. A San Diego native, I\u2019ve\u00a0traded\u00a0the\u00a0waves for desert sunsets and love\u00a0the\u00a0life my family has built here in the Valley. I\u2019m a proud University of Arizona grad,\u00a0PANDA<\/a>,\u00a0NCPG member<\/a>, and believe in giving back to\u00a0the\u00a0community here locally and also globally. Together with my co-founders, we\u2019ve blended the things we love \u2013 dogs, plants, holistic wellness and good design into wellness for all wagkind. We launched with two products, organic CBD cookies and organic CBD drops, that are as clean and effective as you can get with all human-grade, organic, dog superfood
