After I am off to the bakehouse and then I could be anywhere, with my farmer in the fields, working with staff in the bakehouse, visiting my customers. Then home with Lisa by 6 pm.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>I was born\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>in Warren, Ohio.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>is that is has enriched my life. I came here for a visit to St Anthony\u2019s Greek Orthodox Monastery and since then met my wife and amazing friends.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m listening to\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>almost everything; the village music of my island in the North Aegean (Chios) and from there it could be\u00a0 Jazz, Classical and I love INDIE dance alternative.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>My family\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>is a gift from God, my heart and soul.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>If I could have dinner with anyone, <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>besides the obvious Jesus Christ and my parents I would have to say Mozart. How did he compose at 5 years old?<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>One thing I cannot live without\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>my daily reset or quiet time. Getting too caught up in the daily world excites one too much to see clearly. Go within oneself and seek answers from God.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>a train conductor.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m inspired by\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>my team and bread.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>The one person who motivates me is\u2026\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>three businessmen I have met and who mentored me; they are all profoundly different. And a fourth person is a Monk.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>more empathy among people.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>The perfect day would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>excellence and detail as long as I can remember. I am so energized to seek and uncover the best. A perfect day would be another evening at TAILLEVENT\u00a0 with my wife.\u00a0 For over 40 years they have been the best, I have not found better anywhere. It is a disciplined perfection.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>My first job was\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>working for my parents in their grocery store .<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>My favorite escape\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>going to St. Anthony\u2019s Monastery in Florence, AZ. I also love the raw beauty of Arizona day trips.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>My life\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>is fulfilled in every way.
