Lincoln for housing me when I barely got out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>besides everything? I love the agriculture, our Fall-Spring weather and especially the growth of our food and beverage community. Along with the amazing growth of our cities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m listening to\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rockets by LION BABE ft. Moe Moks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My family\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>is amazing. They put up with me, so they\u2019re great.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ron Swanson, hands down. For his wisdom, and dry quips.<\/p>\n<p><strong>One thing I cannot live without\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>coffee, I believe I drink that more than water.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>an Astronaut! So it was only fitting I became a bartender?<\/p>\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m inspired by\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>everything around me, as cheesy as that may seem. But I find inspiration from music, photos, art, movies, etc. Sometimes when creating a cocktail menu, I\u2019ll watch movies and listen to music that may pertain to that style of menu, just to immerse myself into the whole vibe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The one person who motivates me is\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>my wonderful girlfriend Stephanie. She\u2019s my biggest fan and my toughest critic. She definitely motivates me to think outside of my own box, and also bought me a dehydrator so I can play with fruits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>harsher punishments for parole violators, Stan. Oh, and world peace. (name that movie!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>The perfect day would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>hit the lottery, 10 million dollars.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My first job was\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>breakfast shift at McDonald\u2019s, 16 years old.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My favorite escape\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>listening to music while cruising the freeways. Especially heading westbound during the sunset.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My life\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>couldn\u2019t be better right now. I would say I\u2019m definitely living my best life, I have a great set of people around me, and I love the bar I\u2019m working at. My life is definitely great right now.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m currently working on\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>two new cocktail menu\u2019s for a couple of upcoming restaurants (that\u2019s all I can say) and a new video series that is set to release this summer!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Always\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>use a jigger.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Never\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>wear white after Dream\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>is to be in a position in my career where I can create stepping stones for up and coming bartenders to share the same passion for this craft as I do.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My Pet Peeve(s)\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>warm beer, skim milk, traffic and when my coffee isn\u2019t made correctly in the drive thru (I only order black iced coffees and they STILL mess it up)
