Breakfast with my wife. Go over manager reports from the day\/night before. Coffee. Positive talk with myself, touch on some new information to get my mind heading in the right direction for my team. Head in to one of the shops to help open, make some guest connections and fulfill the needs of my staff. Head out to another one of the shops to do the same thing with the crew\/guests and close it up&#8230;but first grab another round of coffee. Somewhere in between that I try to stop at home and get some time in with the fam, or FaceTime with them (so they don\u2019t forget about me while I\u2019m gone all the time!). I talk with my mother and father on a daily basis as well, they keep me grounded and humble. It\u2019s so important to make sure that everyday is forward growth for not only myself, but the people around me. Make a positive, inspiring impact. On the rare day off, I spend time muy thai training, hitting the gym and making memories with those who matter most to me.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I was born\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>in Tucson.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>the sunsets and the vivid night sky when you\u2019re on the outskirts of the city.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m listening to\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>mystery podcasts back to back with leadership and self-awareness podcasts, interwoven with 90\u2019s hip hop.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My family\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>makes me laugh, makes me cry, makes me humble and inspires me to be the best version of myself<\/p>\n<p><strong>If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>living \u2013 Danny Meyer, I just have a lot of important question for the hospitality genius. Deceased \u2013 my paternal grandfather. He passed when I was very young. He was first generation from Italy, he worked hard, he changed peoples lives and knew what it was to be a gentleman, intelligent, cultured, accepting of all human. Asking how he did all that is something I feel would be so valuable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>One thing I cannot live without\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Layrite (look it up!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a Hollywood actor.
