Proud military girlfriend.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kids: <\/strong>none<\/p>\n<p><strong>City you live in: <\/strong>Ahwatukee and Seattle (back and forth, when my boyfriend isn\u2019t deployed).<\/p>\n<p><strong>A typical day in my life includes\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>journaling, meditating, saying affirmations, working, coaching calls, making smoothies, exercise of some sort, putting on a face mask, spending time with the ones I\u2019m around and gratitude.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I was born\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>in Ahwatukee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>the sunshine and the blue skies! It\u2019s taken for granted but I go back and forth between Phoenix and Seattle \u2013 and the sunshine and clear skies is just irreplaceable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m listening to\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>anything and everything. I\u2019m a combo of different cultures and a variety of personalities. So in one day I can start with super zen and yoga-type music and then go to Spanish music and then some Bollywood and then some basic top 40. Yes, all in one day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My family\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>is my everything. Literally my best friends, supporters, everything. My family is huge and I love every single one of them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Louise Hayes, her books are the ones that got me on this journey!<\/p>\n<p><strong>One thing I cannot live without\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>what!? Not fair, this is tough. Idk, my breath. Lol literally, but actually so thankful for the fact that breath is always flowing through me.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a cashier (true story).<\/p>\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m inspired by\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>people who make transformation and finally realize how powerful they already are! Also, I\u2019m very inspired by pretty spaces, whether a local coffee shop or somewhere in beautiful foreign country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The one person who motivates me is\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>my boyfriend, Tom. He is unbelievable and can listen to me at my lows and be more excited for me at my highs. All of this, he does consistently no matter where he is \u2013 whether he is deployed, in training or just another day at home.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>teaching self-love, affirmations, inner knowing and confidence from a young age, in schools and society in general \u2013 everyone deserves to feel good on the inside first.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The perfect day would be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>waking up in a beach house, having a peaceful morning with reading, meditation and affirmations and a healthy breakfast. Then do work, virtually or in person. Then, do something in nature \u2013 go in the ocean, go on a hike. Then, spend the rest of my evening with family.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My first job was\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a management consultant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My favorite escape\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>anywhere in nature! Beautiful beach plus a massage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My life\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>is beautiful.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m currently working on\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>creating an app to help spread the power of affirmations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Always\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>focus on yourself, what you want and what you have.
