A typical day in my life includes\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

waking up early\u2014like 5:30\u2014 to check emails and then hop in the shower. Three days out of five I\u2019ll have a 7am conference call, and then I get to the office by 8am. In between seeing patients I\u2019m answering emails, making calls and researching new techniques that will help patients.<\/p>\n

I was born\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

to help people. I love it when I can see that I am helping patients improve how they feel and live.<\/p>\n

My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

is the hiking. Since moving here I have made it a goal to hike at least twice a week, except for when it is super hot in the middle of the summer. I also love all the sports\u2014my son and I try to get to at least a few games each year.<\/p>\n

I’m listening to\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

anything on BPM. I love how the beats get me excited for my day.<\/p>\n

My family\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

is why I do what I do. I love them and want to do everything I can to support them.<\/p>\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rod Stewart. I always loved his music, and would love to talk to him about how he came up with his songs.<\/p>\n

One thing I cannot live without\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

is my phone.<\/p>\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

a stock broker. The excitement of Wall Street in the 1980\u2019s was contagious. As I grew up, I realized that I wanted to have a more personal impact on people and so headed towards medicine.<\/p>\n

I’m inspired by\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

so many different things and people. I get inspired by the advances I see in technology, and in different applications. I\u2019m inspired by how quickly my kids learn and grow. I\u2019m inspired by the people I work with and how dedicated they are to what they do.<\/p>\n

The one person who motivates me is\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

honestly, me. I have always had a certain drive. I\u2019m not sure where it came from, but I\u2019ve always had goals and I never stop working towards them.<\/p>\n

The perfect day would be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

waking up and going for a sunrise hike, meeting my friends for coffee afterwards, and then heading to a football game with my kids. Then either dinner with my wife out, or just watching Netflix on the couch with her after dropping the kids off with their grandparents.<\/p>\n

My first job was\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

cutting grass at the local country club and delivering golf clubs when they were dropped off at the curb.<\/p>\n

My favorite escape\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

different shows on Netflix.<\/p>\n

My life\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

is a work in progress. I have a personality where I am always taking on new challenges and creating things. Creation and innovation aren\u2019t easy, but they are my passion.<\/p>\n

I’m currently working on\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

a really cool robotics project.<\/p>\n
