A typical day in my life includes<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n

I usually wake up early, post to my Golf Fitness Babe Instagram account, read emails on my phone, get out of bed, make coffee, have a protein shake, and set up to work from home. Later in the morning, I go workout followed by hitting the driving range or playing a quick 9 holes. Then I return home to finish work for the day! In the evenings I love to make a healthy dinner, watch Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune, while enjoying a glass of red wine.<\/p>\n

I find a lot of beauty and serenity in the desert landscape, and not to mention, the winter weather is ideal for playing golf! My favorite things to do in Arizona are playing golf, going on hikes, and exploring town centers.<\/p>\n

I love all kinds of music! I usually listen to the \u201cCharting Now\u201d radio station on Apple Radio.<\/p>\n

My family\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

I have a lot of family in Colorado. My brother and his kids live up in Fort Collins, so I go up there to visit them often. I have a few aunts and uncles in the Greater Denver Area so I get to visit them about once a month. I am very close with my dad! We talk every day and visit each other every couple months.<\/p>\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

I can\u2019t decide! There are so many influential people I look up to in the world, I couldn\u2019t just pick one.<\/p>\n

I love visiting warm places, like Arizona, but my ideal vacation is somewhere warm near an ocean! I am a total beach babe and love the water.<\/p>\n

aside from being Type A and practically OCD with having things organized and clean, I would say my biggest pet-peeve is laziness! It bugs me so bad when people are lazy and cut corners or put tasks off to someone else.<\/p>\n

born in Southern California, this marketing maven, fitness model, and athlete began her sports career as a young girl, lettered in 3 sports in high school, and went on to play 4 years of NCAA Division I Women\u2019s Lacrosse at the University of Denver, graduating in 2011 with a degree in Marketing.<\/p>\n

Karin took up golf in August 2015 and fell in love with the game instantly! She currently resides in Denver, Colorado, with her dog Grover, and enjoys playing golf, hiking, traveling, fitness\/nutrition, and any pretty much any activity involving the great outdoors.<\/p>\n
