I\u2019m happy to say that we are finally getting some girls in the family! My oldest son got married last year and my middle son is getting married this year, we are more than thrilled!<\/p>\n<p><strong>City you live in:<\/strong> I live in absolutely beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A typical day in my life includes\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>whether I am working at the pharmacy or it is my day off, my day always starts by waking up early. I like to make sure everyone in our household starts their day with a good breakfast. I\u2019m a firm believer in protein in the morning and will make either protein smoothies or smoothie bowls. They are always topped with berries for an extra health boost. The mom in me can rest easily knowing everyone has the energy to get through their morning!<\/p>\n<p><strong>I was born\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I was born in Staten Island, New York.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I absolutely love the Arizona weather! You will never hear me complaining about the heat because that does not lower the temperature. The added bonus is we get to wear adorable sundresses for a good part of the year here!<\/p>\n<p><strong>I\u2019m listening to\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m listening to rap music with my fourteen year old. Most days, I realize it is still on the radio even after I drop him off to school!<\/p>\n<p><strong>My family\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>is my complete joy!<\/p>\n<p><strong>If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oprah Winfrey. She is so inspirational to me!<\/p>\n<p><strong>One thing I cannot live without\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>my phone! I hate to admit it but I check it a million times a day. It is a great way to keep up with everyone and check on business too!<\/p>\n<p><strong>When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a psychologist. I still would love that career. Somehow, my first year of college I heard there was a rat lab involved with that major and turned to pharmacy instead. Not sure if that is true but that was the reasoning of my eighteen year old self!<\/p>\n<p><strong>I\u2019m inspired by\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m always in awe of other women. The women I know are busy moms, philanthropists, career women, entrepreneurs. I am always inspired and amazed at how much they can accomplish and still show love and care to everyone around them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The one person who motivates me is\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>my mom has always motivated me. She has always believed in me and told me that whatever I set my mind to doing, it could be mine. I am now in my fifties and she is still cheering me on!<\/p>\n<p><strong>If I could change anything in the world it would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>for people to spread love and kindness all of the time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The perfect day would be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>take a road trip to Sedona, relax, have lunch and enjoy the gorgeous red rock views!<\/p>\n<p><strong>My first job was\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>at the beautiful new Goldwater\u2019s Department Store at Paradise Valley Mall when it first opened. It was very southwestern in design and had artwork from renowned artist Fritz Scholder.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My favorite escape\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>reading a magazine. It\u2019s been my escape since I was a young girl stealing my mom\u2019s copies of Glamour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My life\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>can be a bit busy but I absolutely love it! I am completely blessed by a loving husband, healthy and happy children and very close extended family.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I\u2019m currently working on\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>delving into my newfound role as an author. I have many new books to come in the future. I love this way of giving back to others.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Always\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>turn a negative thought into a positive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Never\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>stop believing in your ability to achieve your goals and dreams.
