A typical day in my life includes\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\nmorning coffee, singing silly songs with my boyfriend Jake in the morning, spending most of my day in my studio painting and designing on my computer, and sometimes delivering orders to local shops, stopping at the post office, or working at a coffee shop. I recently started to enjoy cooking a lot more, so in the evenings I like to try new recipes and watch Law & Order in the kitchen. After we eat, Jake and I both might work a little more (we love what we do) or go for donuts as a treat.<\/p>\n
I was born\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\nin Gilbert, Arizona.<\/strong><\/p>\nMy favorite thing about Arizona\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nthe variety and color of the botanicals and landscape is just insane. Whenever I leave on travel and come back, it always blows me away even more.<\/p>\n
I’m listening to\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\nBayside; I love it especially in the fall and winter. My boyfriend just got us our favorite band\u2019s new acoustic album, Four Year Strong, on vinyl and it\u2019s been on repeat. And Demi Lovato\u2019s new album is too good.<\/p>\n
My family\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nmakes me so happy. My parents are my best friends + biggest supporters.<\/p>\n
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\nKat von D. She\u2019s such a creative inspiration to me!<\/p>\n
One thing I cannot live without\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\npodcasts. I love listening to them while I paint.<\/p>\n
When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\nan artist! Also in the running was a Broadway singer\/dancer, and an architect.<\/p>\n
I’m inspired by\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nnature, color, sunlight, and sparkle.<\/p>\n
The one person who motivates me is\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nmy Dad. He is always keeping up with my creations and Instagram stories and posts! He loves to text me new ideas and help me with my business as much as he can.<\/p>\n
If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\nto have everyone be more understanding of each other. If we could be in each other\u2019s shoes, I think it would change our perspectives.<\/p>\n
The perfect day would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\nwaking up without an alarm, having coffee, riding my bike to breakfast, dining outside in the sun for every meal, exploring a new place, taking photos, sitting in the grass painting watercolor, going to an art market, and being with my family and friends throughout it all.<\/p>\n
My first job was\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\ninterning as part of an Anthropologie store\u2019s display team. It was so fun!<\/p>\n
My favorite escape\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nboxing! It\u2019s so hard and requires so much focus, that I don\u2019t think about anything else.<\/p>\n
My life\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nis creative, colorful, and pretty wonderful.<\/p>\n
I’m currently working on\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nwedding stationery designs for clients getting married in the spring and going out of 2017 with a bang! Holiday is always such a busy season for me with orders, new products, ornament designs, and art markets. It\u2019s really crazy but so fun because I get to meet my collectors in person more than any other time of year.<\/p>\n

Biggest Dream\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\nI\u2019m living my dream right now, so my biggest dream we be for this to continue. I would love to be happy, healthy, and creating art until I\u2019m 80!<\/p>\n
