She lit up every room she walked into, she always made me laugh, she was slightly crass and she made the best pasta on the planet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>One thing I cannot live without\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>avocados, I heart them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>either Punky Brewster or Winnie Cooper. Yep, I just wrote that.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m inspired by\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>anyone that has taken a risk and is living their dream.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The one person who motivates me is\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I would like to say myself because I\u2019m always trying to challenge myself to be the best that I can be, but truly I\u2019m inspired by so many in my life.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>for no child to go to bed hungry\u2026ever.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The perfect day would be\u2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>that\u2019s a no brainer! I would wake up to the sounds of waves crashing on the beach then I would go for a long walk on the beach. I would then lay on the beach, then I would have an incredible lunch and a glass of wine at a restaurant on the beach. Then I would take a nap on the beach, then I would clean up and have an amazing dinner at a restaurant overlooking the beach. Then I would go for another long walk on the beach and then I would go to bed with the sounds of waves crashing on the beach\u2026with my husband of course.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My first job was\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>at Chico\u2019s when I was 16.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My favorite escape\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>anywhere with sand, an ocean and sunshine\u2026oh, and good food!<\/p>\n<p><strong>My life\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>is blessed and I wouldn\u2019t change a thing, even the hard times. It\u2019s the journey that shapes us into who we are and I\u2019m grateful for the path that I\u2019ve been given.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m currently working on\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>tons of creative new recipes for our website and other outside projects. I\u2019m also working on my patience for bad drivers\u2026why are there so many??<\/p>\n<p><strong>Always\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>be true to yourself and don\u2019t take anything too seriously.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Never\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>been to Europe, I would love to go to Italy one day with my mom to visit the towns where my grandparents were from.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Favorite into a mainstream food blog and have a blast doing it, to raise my kids to be kind adults, to retire to a beach town, have no regrets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My Pet
