is the most important thing to me. Everything I do is with my family in mind!<\/p>\n

my dad. He passed away 8 years ago and I would just love to have a conversation with him now that I have a successful business and am a mom! Fitness was his passion and he was a great businessman and entrepreneur. I think he would have a lot of advice for me and at the same time be so proud of what I have done \/ am doing!<\/p>\n

One thing I cannot live without\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

my protein powder. I\u2019m a busy mom on the go and protein powder is a fast and easy way to get all my protein in each day.<\/p>\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

an artist.<\/p>\n

I’m inspired by\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

The one person who motivates me\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

is me. I am constantly looking for ways to improve and push myself.<\/p>\n

If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

to get people to stop doing so much damn cardio \u2013 start eating and lifting weights!<\/p>\n

The perfect day would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

a balance between work, mom, me time and the gym. I struggle balancing all of those and tend to end up working to much, letting my gym time suffer or missing fun moments at home with my daughter. I\u2019d love to find a way to work 4-5 hours each day, get a badass workout in, run a few errands, paint my nails and then spend the rest of the day\/night with my family J<\/p>\n

My first job\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

was as a graphic designer for a casino in Reno, Nevada. That was my first \u201creal\u201d job – I had many jobs growing up \u2013 I started working when I was 15 years old. From interning at advertising agencies to making sandwiches and working at sporting goods stores \u2013 I\u2019ve always tried to work hard and make my own money.<\/p>\n

My favorite escape\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

is Lake Tahoe \u2013 summer or winter \u2013 both are breathtaking.<\/p>\n

My life\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

turned out to be unexpected and amazing. I was a graphic designer turned figure competitor turned worldwide fitness personality. I wrote my Jessie\u2019s Girls Training Programs hoping at least a few women out there would buy them and love my methods. I introduced such a different program and approach for women that, honestly, I didn\u2019t know if it would work. Turns out women all over the world were waiting for a lifestyle like this and I am still just so surprised and humbled, but I wouldn\u2019t want it any other way!<\/p>\n

I’m currently working on\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

figuring out how the heck I\u2019m going to do all of this when baby number 2 arrives this year!!<\/p>\n

believe in yourself and don\u2019t try to be what you think others want you to be. Be YOU!<\/p>\n

give up on your vision and dream. If you want something, all it takes is consistency and being genuine. With those things, along with time and patience, your vision will become reality.<\/p>\n

is bad grammar and when people leave exhaust fans on in the bathroom.<\/p>\n
