a good workout! Seriously, you don\u2019t want to mess with\u2028me if I haven\u2019t got my workout in. So basically, I am saving the world, one workout at a\u2028 time!<\/p>\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be… <\/strong><\/p>\n

a marine biologist…until I realized fish gross me out\u2028 lol.<\/p>\n

I’m inspired by… <\/strong><\/p>\n

most of the time I am inspired to do more, be better and work harder.\u2028 Some days it\u2019s harder than others. On the days when I am struggling and looking \u2028for inspiration I love reading books and quotes, listening to speeches or music. Anything \u2028that can really hit home and light a fire in you!<\/p>\n

The one person who motivates me is… <\/strong><\/p>\n

myself! I used to look to other people for \u2028motivation but that turned into my wanting to be them and do what they do. I learned\u2028 that I am enough and I can be motivated by myself, who I am and what I can do!<\/p>\n

If I could change anything in the world, it would be… <\/strong><\/p>\n

that every single person was madly \u2028in love with their body and understood what brilliantly complex machines they truly are. I \u2028would be out of a job, but it would be totally worth it!<\/p>\n

The perfect day would be…<\/strong><\/p>\n

sleeping in, breakfast in bed, an outdoor workout, time with \u2028family and friends, training my clients and BODI members!<\/p>\n

My first job was… <\/strong><\/p>\n

at Hollister. Lets just say I am thankful to be in a different industry haha.<\/p>\n

the beach.<\/p>\n

building my business, learning more so I can become the best\u2028 trainer I can be and creating awesome programs for all of you to enjoy!<\/p>\n

Since then Murray has transitioned into a\u2028 career as a fitness and nutrition enthusiast. She is currently an instructor, trainer and manager at Scottsdale BODI<\/a>.
