A typical day in my life includes\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

wake up and walk my two dogs then make breakfast and head into Fit Method. Most of my mornings include working with clients, emails, and duties at Fit Method. The afternoon I spend running errands and doing my own workout. I then head back into Fit Method for afternoon classes and run the office.<\/p>\n

My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

are the sunsets and sunrise\u2019s and I love that you can drive a couple hours north and have a completely different atmosphere.<\/p>\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

a lawyer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’m inspired by\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

my mom on a daily basis and women who have worked through diversity and obstacles only to come out conquering their dreams and goals.<\/p>\n

The one person who motivates me is\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

me. I am my own worst enemy and found that my motivation must come from within. There has been many times I couldn\u2019t get out of bed but I had to find that inner strength to get up, get ready and push forward. No matter what was going on in my life I had to find that motivation within myself.<\/p>\n

If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

to stop bullying. Bullying is a serious issue and not just among the teens\u2026adult bullying is very prevalent as well as I have experienced it first hand. It\u2019s unfortunate that this is still a major issue today and it hurts everyone involved.<\/p>\n

The perfect day would be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

laying on a beach all day, reading a book and taking naps.<\/p>\n

My first job was\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

I worked summers in high school at a law office.<\/p>\n

My favorite escape\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

a staycation at an amazing AZ resort with spa treatments and relaxation.<\/p>\n

My life\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

is pretty simple. I love my family, love my job and feel I am blessed to be able to live out my passions each and every day. I try not to take anything for granted and those moments of doubt or fear pop up I try to remember that life doesn\u2019t have to be that complicated.<\/p>\n

I’m currently working on\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

an A&E reality show called From Fit To Fat To Fit that will air in the spring. I am also getting ready for the Felicia Romero Classic, a fitness competition I host in November. I continue to work on my baby Fit Method that continues to grow and grow.<\/p>\n
