A typical day in my life includes\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nI have to deal with each one of the commercial or retail divisions I\u2019m responsible for, oftentimes many times a day for a variety of reasons. Then I always have to deal with the people issues. It is multitasking at the utmost.<\/p>\n
I was born\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nin a very small town in southwestern Kansas.<\/p>\n
My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nis that we have nine months of very good weather. Anywhere in the country has some inclement weather, whether it\u2019s hot or cold, and other than San Diego, we have it pretty good.<\/p>\n
I’m listening to\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\ncountry and western music or sports talk. My wife constantly reminds me that the Sirius in my car does play music also!<\/p>\n
My family\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nthey are my crown jewels, and my ultimate focus.<\/p>\n
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nWarren Buffet.<\/p>\n
When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\na physical therapist.<\/p>\n

The one person who motivates me is\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nmyself because I\u2019m pretty self-motivated. Part of that is because I come from a very small town in Kansas. My father owned his own business, so I started working for him at 13 and it created a classic mid-western work ethic that I wish I could bottle that mid-western work ethic and sprinkle it on our team members because that work ethic is unparalleled.<\/p>\n
If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nthe noise in the Middle East right now.<\/p>\n
The perfect day would be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nseeing all four grandkids together in one spot and just having the day with them.<\/p>\n
My first job was\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nworking in my dad\u2019s furniture store at age 13 delivering furniture.<\/p>\n
My favorite escape\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nis vacationing with my wife. We have cruised a lot and gone to Europe a lot. Currently, we have one in the hopper\u2014we\u2019re going on a river cruise from Prague to Budapest. My favorite place we\u2019ve been is Italy with an emphasis on Rome.<\/p>\n
My life\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nis running at a speed of Mach 2 and making sure everyone keeps up with me.<\/p>\n
I’m currently working on\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\nfinishing our fiscal year end which is Sept. 30 and getting ready for Fiscal 2017.<\/p>\n
