A typical day in my life includes\u2026<\/strong>\u00a0communication, communication, and more\u00a0communication. If I\u2019m not talking to someone, emailing someone, texting someone, or\u00a0monitoring social media about CycleBar then I must be in the gym or on a trail. This is my first\u00a0venture away from the home office and if I\u2019m not connecting people things aren\u2019t getting done.\u00a0Especially those calls you don\u2019t want to take. And you get one of those daily. Any small\u00a0business owner will tell you that. But I like being that voice on the other end.<\/p>\n

I was born\u2026<\/strong>\u00a0in Cincinnati. The Queen City. The Nati.<\/p>\n

My favorite thing about AZ\u2026<\/strong>\u00a0it\u2019s the perfect mix of Midwest values and West Coast vibes\u2026just enough of both.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m listening to\u2026<\/strong> \u201cHow Loud Your Heart Gets\u201d by Lucius, and anything Avett Brothers.<\/p>\n

My family\u2026<\/strong>\u00a0is big. If there aren\u2019t at least 40 people in the room, it must not be a holiday. They\u00a0say you can\u2019t pick those people, which is fine, because I wouldn\u2019t want to.<\/p>\n

If I could have dinner with anyone\u2026<\/strong>\u00a0my 15-year- old self\u2026 I\u2019ve got a lot to tell that kid. But if\u00a0that went down, I probably wouldn\u2019t be here doing this interview, so I\u2019ll have to get back to you\u00a0on that one.<\/p>\n

One thing I cannot live without\u2026<\/strong>\u00a0my friends. My best friends are family\u2026 and every one of\u00a0them knows who I\u2019m talking about.<\/p>\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026<\/strong> Maverick from Top Gun.<\/p>\n

The person who motivates me\u2026<\/strong>\u00a0my father. He\u2019s set the bar high. If he\u2019s proud of what I do\u00a0with my life, that\u2019s about all the approval I need.<\/p>\n

My favorite escape\u2026<\/strong> the golf course. More specifically, the driving range.<\/p>\n

My Life\u2026<\/strong> has never been this singularly focused on one task as it is right now. Just ask those\u00a0friends I talked about, or better yet, my high school teachers. Bringing CycleBar to Arizona and<\/p>\n

making it the best indoor cycling experience out here has taken over my life. I couldn\u2019t be more\u00a0excited about being a part of this product in this market at this time. This is going to be much\u00a0more than a dark room with 50 bikes\u2026 there are no limits to what these studios can produce.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m currently working on\u2026<\/strong>\u00a0the last step, and possibly the most important one of building\u00a0CycleBar. And that\u2019s recruiting the best team of instructors, or CycleStars in our case, in town!\u00a0We can give our clients the best studio with the best amenities and brilliant marketing, but if\u00a0your instructor doesn\u2019t meet your expectations or motivate you through your workout, all that\u00a0goes out the window. We just finished our first round of auditions in McCormick Ranch, and I\u2019d\u00a0put our first team of instructors up against any studio in NYC or LA.<\/p>\n
