A typical day in my life includes\u2026<\/strong> I start my day out with my Venti Starbucks Double Shot<\/p>\n

before I begin my trek to work. I have a long commute all the way from Chandler to North<\/p>\n

Scottsdale, but I am lucky enough to manage the hottest, most high-end apartment community<\/p>\n

in Arizona, Crescent Scottsdale Quarter. Every day is challenging and exciting, and I have an<\/p>\n

amazing team and company, Mark-Taylor Residential. On a typical day, you can find me touring<\/p>\n

prospective residents, working on financials, motivating my team members, planning programs<\/p>\n

for our Training Committee or helping current residents with their everyday needs. \u00a0I also<\/p>\n

coordinate and host community events in our extravagant clubhouse, working frequently with<\/p>\n

our neighbors at the Scottsdale Quarter. All the while, managing a multi-million dollar asset and<\/p>\n

ensuring the clients are satisfied with their investment. After a long day at work, I typically grab a<\/p>\n

few glasses of wine with my girlfriends at Postino or catch up on the week\u2019s episode of the<\/p>\n

Bachelor.<\/p>\n

I was born\u2026<\/strong> in Homewood, IL just outside of Chicago. I miss all of the amazing culture and<\/p>\n

delicious food! Can\u2019t wait for Lou Malnati\u2019s to come to Phoenix!<\/p>\n

My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026<\/strong> the mountains! \u00a0Being from the mid-west, I am amazed by<\/p>\n

the landscape and enjoy hiking every weekend!<\/p>\n

I’m listening to\u2026<\/strong> XM Radio. BPM or anything country.<\/p>\n

My family\u2026<\/strong> still lives in Illinois, but my younger sister just moved to Arizona and moved in with<\/p>\n

me until she starts at ASU in the fall. We are enjoying the new dynamic and the opportunity to<\/p>\n

become even closer. There is a 10 year age gap between us, but she looks up to me to teach<\/p>\n

and guide her through life\u2019s challenges.<\/p>\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026<\/strong> \u00a0my grandma. We were incredibly close<\/p>\n

before she passed away from colon cancer in 2006. I would love to be able tell her about<\/p>\n

everywhere I have been and everything that I have accomplished. I know that she would be so<\/p>\n

proud of me.<\/p>\n

One thing I cannot live without\u2026<\/strong> wine! Good thing I work next door to wine bar!<\/p>\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026<\/strong> a ballerina! \u00a0I still do!<\/p>\n

I’m inspired by\u2026<\/strong> the challenges and goals that I set for myself both personally and<\/p>\n

professionally. I take great pride in overcoming an obstacle or reaching a certain goal; like<\/p>\n

getting to the top of a mountain or earning a career advancement.<\/p>\n

The one person who motivates me is\u2026<\/strong> my husband. He is always very supportive and proud<\/p>\n

of my work ethic, even if that means long hours and late nights at the office. I know that I have<\/p>\n

someone at home who is always there to listen to me and hold my hand after a rough day.<\/p>\n

If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026<\/strong> \u00a0to open the minds of judgmental<\/p>\n

people. Far too often, people are quick to pass judgment based on the way someone looks, the<\/p>\n

color of their skin or the clothes they are wearing.<\/p>\n

The perfect day would be\u2026<\/strong> laying on a beach with my hubby drinking margaritas.<\/p>\n

My first job was\u2026<\/strong> a sales associate at a bridal jewelry store. I got to play dress up all day!<\/p>\n

Tiaras and veils included!<\/p>\n

My favorite escape\u2026<\/strong> was traveling to Italy with my husband.\u00a0 Eating pasta, drinking wine and<\/p>\n

exploring all of the art and history.<\/p>\n

My life\u2026<\/strong> is full of challenges, but also full of fun. I truly live by the motto \u201cWork hard, Play hard.\u201d<\/p>\n

I pour my entire self into my work every day, but make sure that my weekends are jam packed<\/p>\n

with social activities, being outdoors and taking advantage of everything there is to do in<\/p>\n

I’m currently working on\u2026<\/strong> leasing and stabilizing occupancy at Crescent Scottsdale Quarter<\/p>\n

while providing the best living experience possible for our residents. I personally make it my<\/p>\n

goal to ensure that everyone truly enjoys calling this place their home. I am constantly looking<\/p>\n

for ways to grow and challenge my own personal career, as well as develop new training<\/p>\n

programs for my company.\u00a0 I am working hard to continue my path in multi-family community<\/p>\n

management and look forward to growing new developments in the Phoenix market.<\/p>\n
