Not because I particularly liked football but because my Father gave me a deck of Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader playing cards when I was 10.<\/span><\/p>\n I’m inspired by\u2026<\/strong> our agents – who strive every day to exceed our client’s expectations and make the very complicated process of buying and selling real estate as painless as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n The one person who motivates me is\u2026<\/strong> either of our daughters. They motivate me to make the world a better place for them and their generation – or at least try to!<\/span><\/p>\n If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026<\/strong> change the world’s conflict mentality into one of cooperation, respect and abundance.<\/span><\/p>\n The perfect day would be\u2026<\/strong>\u00a0snowshoe to the top of the Arizona Snowbowl, ski down, have a lunch meeting with some of our managers and agents, ski all afternoon with my wife Nancy and our kids, have dinner by the fire at home. Oh wait – that’s my tomorrow!!<\/span><\/p>\n My first job was\u2026<\/strong> dog sitter for the GM of the Scottsdale Sheraton – now the Plaza. $1 per day and all the room service I could eat. Not bad for an 8 year-old.<\/span><\/p>\n My favorite escape\u2026<\/strong> any high mountains<\/span><\/p>\n My life\u2026<\/strong> has been an incredible adventure, I feel fortunate beyond imagination.<\/span><\/p>\n I’m currently working on\u2026<\/strong> enhancing internal messaging throughout our company and developing the Russ Lyon | Charitable Foundation into a major service-work provider for all the Arizona communities we serve.<\/span><\/p>\n Always\u2026<\/strong> be grateful.
