He maintains his family as his highest priority.\u00a0He is a remarkable success in multi-faceted businesses. His work ethic and attention to detail are\u00a0beyond compare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>childhood hunger; 1 in 5 Children in America\u00a0alone (or nearly 16 million) live in food insecure homes. This leads to chronic illnesses, slower learning\u00a0and emotional and behavioral development issues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The perfect day would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>wake up and watch the sunrise over Four Peaks with perfectly poached\u00a0eggs and cold pressed juice. Feed my son. Get an hour long run or swim in. Head to CopperWynd for a\u00a0busy lunch service. Hang out with my family for an hour and take a walk around the world famous\u00a0Fountain with them. Head back to the restaurant for dinner service. Catch up on emails and planning\u00a0for upcoming events at the Resort. Watch the late night SportsCenter with Sarah.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My first job was\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>shucking oysters at a raw bar when I was 14.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My favorite escape\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>night drives across the country to visit friends for a day or two.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My life\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>is and has been, filled with remarkable blessings and incredible opportunities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I&#8217;m currently working on\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>developing the meal portion of the Wellness program at CopperWynd\u00a0while also attempting to grow Flourish and CopperWynd into an all around dining and entertainment\u00a0destination for Valley locals and visitors alike.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Always\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>tip generously.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Never\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>be the smartest guy in the room.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Favorite Quote\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe same boiling water that hardens eggs, softens potatoes.
