A typical day in my life includes\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

waking up and hitting the gym bright and early! Then I head off to work. After work I attend dance class. Usually it will be hiphop, jazz, or contemporary. My favorite part of the day! After dance I will come home cuddle with my dog, unwind and start any schoolwork I have to work on. Then I will catch up with One Tree Hill on Netflix before hitting the hay. Yes- I am currently on a One Tree Hill binge with Netflix!<\/p>\n

I was born\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

in Maui, Hawaii. Unfortunately my family and I didn’t stay long enough to learn the hula before moving to Arizona.<\/p>\n

My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Camelback Mountain! It’s my favorite mountain to hike and it is always a challenge and such a gorgeous view.<\/p>\n

I’m listening to\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Boyce Avenue. My favorite cover\/acoustic band of all time.<\/p>\n

My family\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

means the world to me. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the sacrifices they have made to give me the best life possible and I wouldn’t be the person I am today without them. My dad gave me my sense of humor and wit and my mother gave me the biggest heart in the world. I used to hate how emotional\/sensitive I am because I care so much and thought it was a weakness- but now I’ve seen It is one of the best blessings I could have received. So thank you mom and dad!<\/p>\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

my future self. Sounds a bit weird right? Just to know how everything worked out. To remind myself what’s truly important in life and to never lose sight of that.<\/p>\n

One thing I cannot live without\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

love, as clich\u00e9 as it sounds. Love has gotten me through every hardship in life or made the accomplishments worthwhile. It’s given me faith, courage, persistence and hope. Whether that love has been from family, friendships, etc. Love is the one thing you can count on at the end of every day.<\/p>\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

an actress. I grew up that kid on the playground acting out Lion King characters in the sand with my best friends. I thought I was the best Scar ever! Haha. Makes me laugh to this day how animated I would become without a care in the world. From singing Disney show tunes in my room with a karaoke box dreaming of the day I could be a Disney Princess in Disneyland to pretending I was a Power Ranger so I could be the next Pink Ranger. I was very active in Musical Theatre as a child and fell in love with the art of theatre. It was always my escape to be who I really was. Where \u201cclicks\u201d didn’t matter and judgement didn’t exist. Nothing made my eyes light up more than that stage I spent 15 years on.<\/p>\n

I’m inspired by\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

my mom. She works so hard and has done everything possible for me. She’s there for me through every single thing life has thrown our way. I know I will be okay because of the woman she raised me to be and continues to show me unconditional love. She always gave more than she ever took and because of her I’m inspired to continue being the best version of myself possible.<\/p>\n

The one person who motivates me is\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

my best friend. They have always pushed me to be better than I was yesterday and always keep motivating me to pursue my dreams.<\/p>\n

If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026 <\/strong><\/p>\n

for people to be more selfless. It’s a simple idea but could make the biggest difference. I feel like we live in a world where it has become \u201cwell what do I get out of this?\u201d Or \u201cwhat does this get me if I do this for you?\u201d. I think if more people acted selflessly on a regular basis- even something small they change every day- there would be less hatred and aggression.<\/p>\n

Hollister. If it wasn’t for Hollister, I wouldn’t know how to fold my laundry so perfectly to this day! Let me tell ya- they made sure every single shirt was folded the exact same. Every. Single. Time.<\/p>\n

is one adventure after the next. I absolutely love it!<\/p>\n

a Nursing degree. One day I hope to be a Trauma nurse!<\/p>\n

believe in yourself no matter what. A Nike ad grabbed my attention one time that said: \u201cAll your life you are told the things you cannot do. All your life they will say you’re not good enough or strong enough or talented enough; they will say you’re the wrong height or the wrong weight or the wrong type to play this or be this or achieve this. THEY WILL TELL YOU NO, a thousand times no, until all the no’s become meaningless. All your life they will tell you no, quite firmly and very quickly. AND YOU WILL TELL THEM YES.\u201d<\/p>\n
