Creating special menus for the evening and sharing them with all my friends and guests of my restaurant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Favorite thing about Arizona<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>being able to grow vegetables in my backyard year round.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I\u2019m listening to<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Andrea Bocelli.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My family<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>loves to hear me sing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Sophia Loren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>One thing I cannot live without\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a great dish of pasta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a Chef!<\/p>\n<p><strong>I\u2019m inspired by\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>the reaction of my friends and guests when I personally prepare a fantastic authentic Italian dinner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The one person who motivates me is\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>my first and last customer every day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If I could change anything in the world, it would be<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>a world without war and terrorism and to be able to grow tomatoes with a lot less seeds!<\/p>\n<p><strong>The perfect day would be\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>being able to spend time with my grandchildren: Tomaso, Francesco, Marcella, Giuliana &amp; Melina.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My first job was\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>working side by side with my mother in the kitchen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My favorite escape\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>every year in September, I go on a culinary trip to Italy and I love spending time with my friends at the restaurants that they own. I also enjoy seeing Giovanni Maggio, my partner, childhood friend and winemaker at Monte Olimpo Winery in Sambuca di Sicilia.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>I\u2019m currently working on\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a restaurant in North Scottsdale, \u201cTomaso\u2019s When in Rome\u201d and expanding the production of olive oil on my farm in Sicily.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Always\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>looking to improve the quality of the food I serve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Never\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>compromise on quality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Favorite Quote<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne cannot think well, love well, and sleep well, if one has not dined well\u201d and \u201cIf you drink, don&#8217;t drive.
