Family is important to me and I will take every chance I get to spend with them.<\/p>\n<p><b>One thing I cannot live without\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p>my wood burning outdoor pizza oven, oh, and of course my golf clubs!<\/p>\n<p><b>When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p>a restaurant owner. Food is a passion of mine.<\/p>\n<p><b>I&#8217;m inspired by\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Emeril Lagasse. He opened the door for many chefs and brought respectability to the profession.<\/p>\n<p><b>The one person who motivates me is\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p>my father. He is a born leader and an iconic business man in New York.<\/p>\n<p><b>If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p>world hunger. I hate to see children go hungry.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>The perfect day would be\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p>ravioli for breakfast, a round of golf and the rest of the day with my kids.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>My first job was\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p>was making tacos and salsa.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>My favorite escape\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p>the beach.
