I was born\u2026<\/h3>\n

in Odense, Denmark \u2013 same city that the fairytaler Hans Christian Andersen lived.<\/p>\n

My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026<\/h3>\n

is 320 days a year with sun and hardly any wind. \u00a0Means I can\u2019t blame a bad hair day on the weather and love all the outdoors activities we can do.<\/p>\n

I’m listening to\u2026<\/h3>\n

a lot of Justin Bieber and related pop, which the kids play all the time. Admitting it\u2019s not bad at all and makes me feel a little younger.<\/p>\n

My family\u2026<\/h3>\n

is all Danish. Our two girls were born here, so they are dual citizens. Blond, little Americans who understand Danish, but mostly reply back in English.<\/p>\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026<\/h3>\n

Oprah. I would like to \u201cpick her brain\u201d for a few hours while serving her marzipan.<\/p>\n

One thing I cannot live without\u2026<\/h3>\n

is marzipan.\u00a0It’s why I had to start importing my family brand, Odense.<\/p>\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026<\/h3>\n

an accountant as I loved math. Liked how there\u2019s a definite answer \u2013 you\u2019ve just got to figure it out.<\/p>\n

I’m inspired by\u2026<\/h3>\n

ambitious people who walk the talk.<\/p>\n

The one person who motivates me is\u2026<\/h3>\n

not really one person. I seek motivation from a lot of people. But they all have one thing in common \u2013 a unique drive.<\/p>\n

If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026<\/h3>\n

the distance between Denmark and Arizona. Would really enjoy the two\u00a0being much closer to each other.<\/p>\n

The perfect day would be\u2026<\/h3>\n

after a good night\u2019s sleep, some fresh coffee, a walk with the dog, happy kids off to school and reviewing off-the-charts sales reports.<\/p>\n

My first job was\u2026<\/h3>\n

for a golf management company actually now located here in Phoenix. I used to play a lot of golf and will again when time allows.<\/p>\n

My favorite escape\u2026<\/h3>\n

is family vacations. Whether we\u2019re skiing, enjoying Disneyland or Atlantis\u00a0in the\u00a0Bahamas. Love the family time without having to cook, wash or clean dishes.<\/p>\n

is full of activity, excitement and not a dull moment.<\/p>\n

I’m currently working on a couple of interesting leads for the fall activities. Fall is the high season for marzipan, so now is the time to line everything up for it.<\/p>\n
