A typical day in my life includes\u2026<\/strong> working hard and focusing on solutions. I\u2019m usually meeting with clients, communicating on the phone, making sure my son is okay, all the while keeping my wife, Amy, happy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was born\u2026<\/strong> in Queens, New York, in 1966.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite thing about Arizona\u2026<\/strong> Honestly, I feel like I\u2019m on vacation every day. The weather is incredible, and you can do so many things in one day. Coming from New York, a crowded busy city, you pretty much run one errand and your day is gone. Here in the Valley of the Sun, you can do so many things in one day;\u202f run multiple errands, lunch with clients, happy hour with your friends then to the lake…hop on your boat\u2026 there\u2019s just more room to live in AZ!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m listening to\u2026<\/strong> My playlist is all over the place \u2014 everything from blues to heavy metal, classic rock, and even techno. I listen to a little bit of everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My family\u2026<\/strong> isn\u2019t the traditional kind. I\u2019ll admit, sometimes work comes first, and I do feel bad about that. I\u2019m very committed to my clients, and sometimes that means I give more of myself to work than to family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be\u2026<\/strong> my late father. I would want to let him know that he was right; everything he said about life was true.\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One thing I cannot live without\u2026<\/strong> my loyal staff, Melissa and Lila. They are the glue that shape my business and keep our entire Group of agents laser focused. Oh, and my wife, Amy…of course! If I may add one more…annual brothers trips around the world with Peter!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m inspired by\u2026<\/strong> successful older people and their stories. I\u2019ve always surrounded myself with people older than me, even when I was young, because I\u2019ve found they have so much wisdom and life experience to share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The person who motivates me is\u2026<\/strong> my son motivates me. I\u2019m not a strict dad and more of a best friend, and sometimes when I see him make mistakes, it makes me want to do better… to be a better role model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could change anything in the world, it would be\u2026<\/strong> I\u2019d want people to be more open-minded and stop stereotyping others. I can\u2019t stand when people categorize entire groups without understanding them. I wish more people took the time to learn and see beyond labels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The perfect day would be\u2026<\/strong> being out on the boat, “The Branch Office” and then docking to finish off smoking a rack of BBQ ribs and also cooking up the most amazing and delicious smoked salmon for friends and family to enjoy \u2014 that\u2019s my happy place!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My first job was\u2026<\/strong> a server at Caf\u00e9 Bonjourno in the Citicorp skyscraper building on Lexington Ave in New York City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite escape\u2026<\/strong> scuba diving. It\u2019s peaceful, quiet, and completely disconnected from the world. Nobody can bother you 85′ deep \u2014 no phone calls, no noise, just calm…. and maybe a few sharks. It\u2019s my version of meditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A life lesson I live by\u2026<\/strong> my 10th grade biology teacher, Mrs. Odden, once told me,\u202f\u201cDon\u2019t worry about the how … just do.\u201d\u202f That stuck with me. It\u2019s how I\u2019ve lived my life ever since.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m currently working on\u2026<\/strong> staying healthy, maintaining balance, and focusing on good habits for the future. I\u2019ve always been an entrepreneur. We\u2019re getting ready to open the second phase of The Arcadian, a sought-after community in the heart of Arcadia\/Biltmore. It\u2019s near 32nd and Indian School and the townhomes are modern and have some great features with views of Camelback!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Always\u2026<\/strong> work on solutions. Never dwell on the problems. Never think it\u2019s\u202fnot\u202fgoing to be okay, because it usually will be. I always tell people, \u201cShould be fine.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Favorite quote\u2026<\/strong> \u201cNever, never, never give up.\u201d \u2013 Winston Churchill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biggest dream\u2026<\/strong> to own a big yacht, around 75 to 85 feet, with a full staff. That\u2019s the dream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My pet peeves\u2026<\/strong> Oh, I\u2019ve got a few!
\u2013 Bad email etiquette.
\u2013 People asking me questions they could easily Google.
\u2013 Lack of commitment or follow-through.
