AZF: What is your \u201clife motto\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I connect people one podcast at a time.         <\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: Did you always know that you wanted to be an entrepreneur? If not, when did you realize that it was the right path right for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed of owning my own clothing store, and that dream came true when I opened one in Scottsdale. From there, the passion for building businesses just kept growing. I went on to open a karate school in Paradise Valley and have been running a marketing agency for the past 15 years. <\/strong>Each venture taught me something new, but what I\u2019ve loved most throughout every chapter has been the support, connection, and impact \u2013 building relationships and helping others grow.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being a part of PodWorks Studios was especially meaningful because it was something I had on my vision board. When the opportunity appeared, I recognized it instantly. Now, I get to help others share their voices and expand their reach through the power of podcasting \u2013 something that blends everything I love about entrepreneurship: creativity, connection, and making dreams real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: How do you feel best supported?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having a team of like-minded go-getters who share similar core values makes all the difference. Whether it’s bouncing around ideas, navigating challenges, or just having someone in your corner reminding you of your greatness, support like that keeps me aligned and energized. Knowing I\u2019m surrounded by people who genuinely want to see each other win? That\u2019s powerful – and that\u2019s where the magic happens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What motivates you to keep going amidst the challenges that come with being an entrepreneur?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Knowing I have an incredible, supportive community of family and friends who believe in me \u2013 that\u2019s everything. And beyond that, it\u2019s an honor and a privilege to serve our clients, who depend on us throughout their podcasting journey. Their belief in the vision, their wins, and their growth are what fuel me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: Describe your perfect Saturday morning.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s easy. Spending time with family and friends, telling stories, enjoying a great breakfast, and being together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What\u2019s one piece of advice you\u2019d give to a young entrepreneur who is just starting out?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep going \u2013 and rest when you need to \u2013 but don\u2019t stop. It\u2019s all worth it: the work, the sweat, the grind. One day, you\u2019ll look back and say, \u201cI did that,\u201d with pride in your heart and a story worth telling. Stay the course. The journey is part of the reward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What excites you most about being an entrepreneur?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s the ability to turn vision into impact. Since 2016, I\u2019ve had the privilege of working as a professional podcast specialist \u2013 helping individuals and businesses create, manage, and promote their shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an entrepreneur, I get to build a space that empowers others to be heard, seen, and recognized as the experts they are. Watching Arizona business owners step up to the mic and use their voices to educate, inspire, and connect with their communities \u2013 that\u2019s what fuels me. Entrepreneurship gives me the freedom to create meaningful work and the platform to help others do the same. And that never gets old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
