Dr. Natalie Napier is a naturopathic physician at Phoenix Anti-Aging Clinic<\/a>, a naturopathic medical clinic specializing in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Thyroid Disorder, Gut Health, Weight Management, and a range of other services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The business offers ancillary treatments such as IV Therapy, Acupuncture, Specialty Lab Testing, and Vitamin Injections, which help support the individualized treatment plans for patients. We also offer EmSculpt Neo, located at the satellite location in Arcadia.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What is your \u201clife motto\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don’t particularly have a life motto; however, our clinic motto is Feel Better, Look Better, Live Better. Become Stronger than Yesterday.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: Did you always know that you wanted to be an entrepreneur? If not, when did you realize that it was the right path right for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am an independent contractor at Phoenix Anti-Aging Clinic. Prior to that, I was in residency, where I was limited in when and how I was able to treat patients. Some had complicated conditions that required more of my time than I was able to give them, working at a clinic where I was just an employee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I wanted the freedom to practice medicine based on my patients’ needs and to provide quality care instead of just meeting the “quota” of the clinic. Rupal, who is the owner of PAAC, has given me the opportunity to do just that and also maintain a healthy work life balance. I have been with Phoenix Anti Aging Clinic for a little over two years and it has given me a chance to grow so much as a physician, and has helped me overcome the fear of “doing it all alone”. I am not alone in this path, and that motivates me to keep going. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: How do you feel best supported?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I feel most supported when I receive encouragement and affirmations from the people closest to me.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What motivates you to keep going amidst the challenges that come with being an entrepreneur?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

During medical school, one of my professors had us write a post using our future doctor title, reflecting on what drew us to naturopathic medicine and its core principles. I often revisit that moment during challenging times. It reminds me of the deeper purpose behind why I chose this path: to truly help people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What keeps me going even more is seeing the progress in patients who have been unwell for so long and finally start to feel better through the treatment plans we create together. Their healing is a constant source of inspiration and affirmation that this is exactly where I\u2019m meant to be. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: Describe your perfect Saturday morning.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My perfect Saturday morning kicks off with a feel-good gym session that gets my energy flowing. Then it\u2019s off to the mountains, where the crisp air and scent of pine set the tone for a peaceful hike with my fianc\u00e9 Phil and our dog Vito happily trotting ahead – tail wagging like he owns the trail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While hiking, we find a cozy spot to sit on a blanket and enjoy the fresh, flowing water from the Colorado River. We wrap up the morning with a cozy, post-hike feast: fluffy pancakes, sizzling bacon, and perfectly cooked eggs that hit the spot every time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What\u2019s one piece of advice you\u2019d give to a young entrepreneur who is just starting out?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One piece of advice I\u2019d give a young entrepreneur just starting out is that rejection is not failure; failure is giving up. No matter how hard it gets, never give up, just keep going forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What excites you most about being an entrepreneur?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The freedom to practice medicine on my terms and have a good work life balance.                           <\/p>\n\n\n\n
