AZF: What is your \u201clife motto\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your ideas can change the world. Start scared. Start messy. Just start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: Did you always know that you wanted to be an entrepreneur? If not, when did you realize that it was the right path right for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not at all. I didn\u2019t even know what an entrepreneur really was. I just knew I was frustrated. I saw how the systems were limiting how I could help people, even when I knew they needed support. Over time, it became clear that if I wanted to help caregivers the way I knew they deserved, I\u2019d have to build something of my own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: How do you feel best supported?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I feel most supported by people who genuinely listen and allow me to just be without needing me to fix, explain, or perform. I appreciate encouragement and reminders of my strengths, especially when I\u2019ve forgotten them. I value people who can offer honest perspective or challenge my thinking with care, while still making it clear they\u2019re in my corner.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What motivates you to keep going amidst the challenges that come with being an entrepreneur?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\u2019s a lot of negativity that comes with sharing your work online, and it can be easy to let that noise distract you from your purpose. In the hardest moments, I think about the real caregivers who\u2019ve told me they were in a dark place and found hope, relief, or direction through our programs. I know there are more people out there just like them\u2014desperate for support\u2014and I feel a responsibility to keep showing up. I keep a \u201cFeel Good\u201d binder filled with handwritten notes and emails from caregivers we\u2019ve helped. When things get tough, I open it up and remind myself why I started this in the first place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: Describe your perfect Saturday morning.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I would wake up without an alarm. Enjoy a cup of coffee in bed with my dog by my side. Then I’d play a couple hours of pickleball with friends. PERFECTION!        <\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What\u2019s one piece of advice you\u2019d give to a young entrepreneur who is just starting out?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s okay if you don\u2019t feel ready. It\u2019s okay if it feels scary or hard. Just start. You don\u2019t need to invest a lot of money up front, and you don\u2019t need to join an expensive coaching program. Start sharing your ideas, your message, your offer. You\u2019ll go a lot further by starting than by just thinking about starting.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What excites you most about being an entrepreneur?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What excites me most is turning what used to be ideas in my head into real-world change for caregivers around the world. Stepping outside the traditional healthcare system gave me the freedom to reach more people, create lasting impact, and build something that truly meets caregivers where they are.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About the Foundress<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Foundress<\/strong> is a creative community of female entrepreneurs established by Coley Arnold.
