Through coaching, trainings, and workshops, Maya Kogan Enterprises focuses on releasing internal roadblocks, strengthening communication, and achieving meaningful results, including earning a promotion, leading high-performing teams, or gaining the visibility and recognition they truly deserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I support emerging and senior female leaders in male-dominated industries like tech, finance, and construction, helping them to break through self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and the limiting patterns holding them back from showing up fully,\u201d Maya said. \u201cThese are ambitious, accomplished women, leading teams, driving results, holding it all together on the outside \u2013 but inside, they\u2019re overthinking, holding back, questioning themselves, or feeling underestimated.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA while back, I was in a mastermind with some high-powered leaders, including the CEO of a $2B company. I had thoughtful, creative ideas, but when the moment came to speak, I stayed quiet. I doubted myself. I watched others share similar ideas that were celebrated. I left feeling frustrated with myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe you\u2019ve felt that too\u2026 like you\u2019re waiting for permission to speak up, to take the lead, or to just be yourself without over-explaining or proving anything. So many brilliant, mission-driven women carry the invisible pressure to prove they belong. And it makes sense that we do. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were taught to succeed by pushing through resistance, white knuckling our way through doubt and silencing parts of ourselves just to achieve our goals. But what if the very parts you\u2019ve tried to silence are the ones holding the key to your next level of leadership?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe real leadership starts from within. That\u2019s why I take an inside-out approach. My work is grounded in both science and heart. I\u2019m trained in neuroscience-based tools like HeartMath\u00ae and Havening\u00ae, certified through Cornell\u2019s Women in Leadership program, and skilled in modalities that support deep, lasting change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clients share they feel more connected to their intuition, more at ease, and better able to communicate with clarity under pressure. They lead with more confidence, navigate tough conversations with ease, and are recognized for the value they bring. People around them notice these shifts, both at work and at home.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What is your \u201clife motto\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This season, what\u2019s been resonating with me is: The higher the tree wants to grow, the deeper its roots have to go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we learn from beautiful California redwoods, their roots don\u2019t just go deep, they expand outward and connect with trees around them. That\u2019s what gives them their strength. We don\u2019t have to grow alone. Like the redwoods, we gain strength through our interconnectedness. Depth and connection can both be part of the path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: Did you always know that you wanted to be an entrepreneur? If not, when did you realize that it was the right path right for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\u2019s a running joke in my family that every year of my life, I started a new nonprofit. For example, in kindergarten, I launched a campaign to save endangered manatees. In high school, I started a club called Operation Thrive to support causes we cared about, like collecting used blankets for shelter animals. Years later, that same spirit evolved into Infinite Love, a program through my company that brings resilience and mindset tools to vulnerable communities around the world. We\u2019ve funded a science lab in Kenya, trained teachers in trauma-informed tools, and supported students in Vietnam with HeartMath practices to build emotional resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And yet, I never planned to start a business. When I attended university, I started a side project called Infinity Mind Films, personalized video vision boards that combined people\u2019s goals, affirmations, images, and music. To my surprise, it gained traction. And that\u2019s what sparked my love and curiosity for coaching and service-based businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your path may look different. I believe that our childhood passions often carry clues to our deeper purpose. Sometimes we just need to peel back the layers to discover what was already there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: How do you feel best supported?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I feel supported when I have time and space alone to reset, meaningful conversations, and quality time with the people I love. Yoga, time in nature, and a salted caramel chocolate chip cookie go a long way, too!\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What motivates you to keep going amidst the challenges that come with being an entrepreneur?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My mission is to help create a more connected, compassionate world \u2013 which, to me, means supporting people to live with more presence, alignment, and compassion. That begins with each of us doing the inner work to feel more grounded and truer to ourselves. When we show up from that place, it ripples out into our relationships, communities, workplaces, and even the planet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Research from the HeartMath Institute shows that our emotional state doesn\u2019t just affect us, it influences the energetic field around us. How you feel and how you show up matter more than we often realize. I\u2019m currently helping lead HeartMath Institute\u2019s upcoming Citizen Scientist project, which explores how individual coherence may impact global systems through simple, heart-centered experiments anyone can try.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the challenges of entrepreneurship hit, I come back to that deeper mission. This work is about connection\u2013 within ourselves, with each other, and with our planet. And that keeps me going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: Describe your perfect Saturday morning.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I love slow and easy mornings. Sleeping in a bit, coffee or matcha in hand\u2026 either cozying up inside or being outside if the weather is nice. Maybe some journaling, yoga, a hike, reading, or a little dance party. Sometimes solo, sometimes with people I love!          <\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What\u2019s one piece of advice you\u2019d give to a young entrepreneur who is just starting out?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re paying attention, this path will bring up all kinds of parts of you\u2026 maybe one that wants to prove something, one that\u2019s afraid of getting it wrong, or one that wants to do it all perfectly. Acknowledge those inner voices and external opinions that others share but always come back to your heart\u2019s intuition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019re not alone. Relationships matter more than you might think\u2026 nurture them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What excites you most about being an entrepreneur?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I see my business as a mirror. It evolves as I evolve. My personal growth is deeply tied to how my work expresses itself and how I get to serve others in the world. Even daily conversations with clients can reflect parts of me that still need healing or show me new opportunities to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s not always glamorous. There can be a stuckness that comes with growth and evolution. But I welcome it, because I know it\u2019s often a contraction before an expansion. In the stuckness, there\u2019s wisdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also love the freedom that comes with being an entrepreneur. No two days are the same. That space allows me to integrate the other parts of life that are important to me: being a good friend, spending time with family, traveling, and connecting with incredible women through communities like Foundress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
