AZF: What is your \u201clife motto\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Community and connection heals! Create the life you can\u2019t wait to wake up to! Sometimes you are the glitter, sometimes you are the glue! You have to believe it to receive it! Pray first then listen! I love people and life \u2013 I have so many mottos that are at the top of my list of faves. I never want anyone to feel alone and hopeless. I want to be the light that helps them heal and find their way.              <\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: Did you always know that you wanted to be an entrepreneur? If not, when did you realize that it was the right path right for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, I have always known my journey was to heal people. I realized it was right for me when I would share my childhood story along with how I have healed myself health wise. I saw that it helped others not feel alone and gave them hope that they could get through anything. Being on the other side of my trauma and health issues, I can assure them they can get through it and heal too. We walk alongside them. Nicole and I send our clients off with a full 90-day plan.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: How do you feel best supported?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I feel best supported when I feel connected to my family and friends. I love the friends and framily I have built around us. Life, for me, is to first, look up to God and listen and then be surrounded by the people I love. I raised myself so being alone is not my fave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What motivates you to keep going amidst the challenges that come with being an entrepreneur?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know my purpose! I pray about it daily. God always leads me. I believe Nicole, my partner, does the same, which is why we are so blessed to be a thriving business in the health and wellness industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: Describe your perfect Saturday.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A fun dance class with Nicole, or workout with friends and have lunch with my daughter and our friends. Hang out with family and stay awake long enough to watch Saturday Night Live. I love that show!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What\u2019s one piece of advice you\u2019d give to a young entrepreneur who is just starting out?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work toward something you are passionate about and that feeds your soul. Your energy and passion will attract others with your enthusiasm. Rome was not built in a day! You have to take chances, say yes to everything that excites you \u2013 some ideas will work and some will not. But that is how you learn. It\u2019s part of your growth and makes your story SO AMAZING!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What excites you most about being an entrepreneur?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can heal people on my own terms. I get to do the \u201cout of the box,\u201d unconventional healing. Sometimes that means I offer to burn the letter the client writes and hold space for them. Along with getting them healthy in their deficiencies. Sometimes that means I help them realize they can feel better by filling in the blanks of what they are deficient in. We look at the whole picture of the client and walk alongside them.                            <\/p>\n\n\n\n
