It\u2019s a place where you can truly have it all\u2014without ever straying too far from home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Kygo jam is my go-to for feel-good vibes, but I also appreciate the rare moments of silence during a drive\u2014they\u2019re like mini-meditations on wheels. When the road stretches long, a podcast is my perfect companion, making the miles fly by. And of course, I can\u2019t resist tuning in to Howard Stern now and then\u2014his interviews are always a fascinating ride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I was younger, I wanted to be\u2026<\/strong> A professional dancer or a teacher\u2014quite the combination, right? I actually achieved the dream of becoming a professional dancer early on, only to discover it wasn\u2019t as glamorous as I\u2019d imagined. As for teaching, I\u2019ve come to realize there are countless ways to be a teacher, and it\u2019s the authority and ability to inspire that truly appealed to me. Turns out, you can lead and teach in more ways than one!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m inspired by\u2026<\/strong> Countless things every day. Whether it’s the people I meet, my job, or the personal growth I experience, there’s always something that sparks my motivation. I\u2019m particularly inspired by those who master the art of balancing success with enjoyment\u2014proving that you can excel in your career while still savoring life\u2019s pleasures. One day, it might be watching our company achieve a major win, feeling the thrill of hard work paying off. Another day, it could be as simple as spending hours in the sun with a good book, my husband by my side, savoring the peace and connection. Perfection comes in many forms, and I\u2019m grateful to experience it in so many ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My first job was\u2026<\/strong> A service cashier and front desk receptionist at my dad\u2019s dealership. At just 16, I was handling a massive switchboard and processing all the payments. It wasn\u2019t necessarily difficult, but it was definitely a lot to juggle at that age. The experience taught me responsibility early on and gave me a real taste of the working world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite escape\u2026<\/strong> A weekend getaway with my husband. I\u2019m passionate about travel, and there\u2019s no one I\u2019d rather explore the world with than him. Whether it\u2019s a quick trip or a far-flung adventure, he\u2019s always the perfect travel companion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My life\u2026<\/strong> Is a beautiful work in progress, and I wouldn\u2019t have it any other way. I\u2019m embracing every moment of the journey, with all its twists and turns, because it\u2019s all part of the adventure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m currently working on\u2026<\/strong> Personally, on listening more and being grounded in decision-making. Also, constantly working to improve my emotional intelligence. Beyond her role at Ganem, Emily also co-owns Sky Restaurant Concepts with her husband Parker Ganem. Together, they are bringing community-centric concepts to the West Valley, including their newest venture, Sparrow at the Trailhead. Emily’s not just about the business grind; she’s deeply connected to the local scene in Phoenix, bringing a positive vibe to the workplace that values teamwork and fresh ideas.
