BM:<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cMy code is to be quick to smile and slow to anger.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: Did you always know that you wanted to be an entrepreneur? If not, when did you realize that it was the right path for you?<\/strong>
BM:<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cI started selling painted rocks on the side of our road to benefit the Arizona Humane Society at age 8. I knew then that I could do absolutely anything.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: How do you feel best supported?<\/strong>
BM:<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cBy having a team that is smart and extremely talented. I like to hire people who are smarter than me.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What motivates you to keep going admist the challenges that come with being an entrepreneur?<\/strong>
BM:<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cThe feeling of accomplishment in both of my businesses and my positive attitude.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AZF: What\u2019s one piece of advice you\u2019d give to a young entrepreneur who is just starting out?<\/strong>
BM:<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cWrite a business plan even if you don’t stick to it. It’s a valuable exercise.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
